To apply for an Israel work visa for Indian citizens, the application process requires the Israeli employer to first apply for a work permit on your behalf at the Ministry of Interior.
Once approval from the employer is obtained for the same and you receive the offer letter, you need to follow the steps mentioned below to complete your visa application.
Go to the official Israel Visa website for Indians.
From the top bar, locate “Visa Application Form” and click on it.
From the drop-down menu, select the B-1 Employment visa category between expert and caretaker to proceed.
Read the set of instructions and then scroll down to the options list for the “Apply For” category and choose the city of your choice.
Next, click on “Application Form” to download the visa application form.
Fill out the application form accurately.
Ensure you attach a digital photograph of yourself along with all the other necessary documentation based on your visa category.
Cross-check all the information and then click on “Submit” to proceed.
After submission, download the submitted application form and take a printout of the same to submit during the interview. Do not forget to note down the application form reference number for tracking your application later.
Now, choose any one of the 4 authorised Israel Visa Processing Centres (IVP) at Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, or Kolkata, based on your current location and submit your application form and all the required document copies at the IVP centre.
After this submission, pay the B-1 visa application fee in cash at the IVP centre.
Your application will now be submitted to the Embassy/Consulate of Israel based on jurisdiction for the final decision.
In some cases, you might be required to visit the Embassy/ Consulate of Israel for an additional interview for your work visa application.

How to Pay?
For all the visa application form fees and the optional facility fees, you need to make these payments in cash at any of the Israel Visa Processing Centres in India. The work visa application for the caretaker category is not available at the Consulate of Israel in Bengaluru.

For Fastrack applications, the processing time for either of these two B-1 work visa categories is a minimum of 10 to 12 working days from the next day after the submission of the application form.

Based on the state where you submitted your application, choose from the list of options and select the correct one by clicking on the “Click Here” option.
Enter your application reference number or your correct and most recent passport number, followed by your date of birth, to proceed.
